2.3 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) phtyaa account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your phtyaa account instantly. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect. phtyaa does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

11.2 Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, phtyaa reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account, including any bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct.
11.3 Where an account is suspended or terminated for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, phtyaa will return any legitimate balance to the player via the original payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal processing times.
11.4 You may close your phtyaa account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining balance will be returned to you subject to the conditions in clause 11.3.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phtyaa's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the phtyaa platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phtyaa account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.2 phtyaa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phtyaa platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from platform downtime.
12.3 phtyaa does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phtyaa will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit phtyaa's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of phtyaa shall first be submitted to phtyaa's internal dispute resolution process. You may raise a dispute by contacting our support team, who will acknowledge your complaint within twenty-four (24) hours and aim to resolve it within fourteen (14) business days.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through phtyaa's internal process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority. phtyaa is bound by PAGCOR's decisions in matters within its regulatory jurisdiction.
13.4 For disputes not within PAGCOR's jurisdiction, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.1 phtyaa reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on the phtyaa platform with the updated effective date. Where changes are material, phtyaa will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.
14.2 Your continued use of phtyaa following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using phtyaa and close your account before the amended Terms take effect.
